摘要
研究两厢乘用车后窗衣帽架的弯曲强度和弯曲模量。在衣帽架产品材料定义为木粉板,原材料力学性能都限定的前提下,通过CAE分析和物理试验寻找影响产品强度和承载能力的控制参数,进一步得出最优控制参数值,兼顾产品造型外观上的要求,从而达到设计低成本和高性能产品要求的目的。
Research the stiffness and mode of hatchback rear window trim.Based on the material is wood flour composites with the mechanical performance limiting,find the control factors of product stiffness and load capacity through the CAE analyses and physic test and get the optimized value of control factors to achieve the low cost and high performance target and fulfill the styling requirement.
