全髋关节置换术治疗创伤性股骨头坏死的临床疗效

The Clinical Effects of Total Hip Replacement in Treatment of Traumatic Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨并分析创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死应用全髋关节置换术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年5月至2015年5月收治的58例创伤性股骨头患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组29例。观察组患者给予全髋关节置换术治疗,对照组患者给予多枚螺纹钉固定治疗,对比两组患者治疗的疗效。结果观察组患者髋关节功能评分指标均优于对照组,两组患者对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗有效率为94.74%,对照组患者为73.68%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组患者对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。讨论创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死应用全髋关节置换术治疗临床疗效确切,且可有效降低患者疼痛感,提高患者髋骨关节功能,值得临床广泛应用于推广。

Objective To probe into and analyze the clinical effects of total hip replacement in treatment of traumatic necrosis of femoral head. Methods 58 patients who suffered from the traumatic femoral head and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were taken as the research objects and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random digital table method, with 29 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the total hip replacement while in the observation group, they were treated with the multiple screw fixation. Then, the effect treatment of these two groups of patients was compared. Results The hip joint function score index of patients in the observation group were better than the control group, and the comparison of patients of two groups were significantly（P〈0.05）.In addition, the response rate in the observation group was 94.74%, and the response rate in the control group was 73.68%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group and the differences had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head are exactly, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve the hip joint function in patients, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
