早期乳腺癌保留乳腺手术治疗的临床价值分析

The Clinical Value of Early Breast Cancer Keep Breast Surgery Treatment were Analyzed

目的分析保留乳腺手术在早期乳腺癌治疗中的价值。方法将60例早期乳腺癌患者随机分成2组,各30例,治疗组进行保乳手术治疗,对照组进行改良根治术治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果治疗组的术中出血量、手术及住院时间、肿瘤转移率和美容满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组的复发率及存活率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术治疗效果安全、有效、美观性好。

Objective To analyze the breast conserving operation in the treatment of early breast cancer value. Methods 60 cases of early breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each. Treatment group of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment in the control group compared two groups of curative effect. Results the treatment group of intraoperative bleeding volume, operation and hospitalization time, tumor metastasis rate and cosmetic satisfaction was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）, but two groups of recurrence rate and survival rate had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with early breast cancer, breast conserving operation safety treatment effect, good appearance.
