托烷司琼与地塞米松用于治疗老年椎管内麻醉恶心呕吐的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究分析托烷司琼与地塞米松联合用于治疗老年患者椎管内麻醉恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法择取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院进行手术治疗的90例老年椎管内麻醉患者,运用随机取样法进行平均分组,一组45例患者给予托烷司琼治疗设为对照组;另一组45例患者给予托烷司琼联合地塞米松治疗设为研究组。结果研究组患者恶心的发生率11.11%(5/45)明显小于对照组的24.44%(11/45),差异P<0.05有统计学意义。研究组患者恶心的发生率8.89%(4/45)明显小于对照组的20.0%(9/45),差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论托烷司琼联合地塞米松用于老年患者术中恶心呕吐,可有效减轻恶心呕吐的程度,减少恶心呕吐的发生率,具有重要的应用及推广价值。
