探讨丹红注射液治疗冠心病的临床价值及优越性

Clinical Value and Superiority of Discussion Danhong Injection Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗冠心病的临床价值和优越性。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的冠心病患者200例,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,实验组患者给予丹红注射液治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组患者;治疗后实验组患者的NST数显著优于对照组患者,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病进行临床治疗时,丹红注射液治疗有比较显著的疗效,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and superiority. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 years, 200 cases of coronary heart disease patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group were treated with Compound Danshen Injection in the treatment of, the patients in the experimental group given Danhong injection in the treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were compared. Results The clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group the total efficiency was significantly better than the control group patients; after treatment, experimental group of NST digital are better than the patients in the control group, both difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease, the treatment of Dan Hong injection has obvious curative effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
