单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Capsules in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的分析单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的心绞痛患者80例为研究对象,采用数字随机表法随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组给予常规心绞痛治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊治疗。结果治疗前,两组西雅图心绞痛评分比较无差异,两组的西雅图心绞痛评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者西雅图心绞痛评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊可有效改善患者的西雅图心绞痛评分,提升心绞痛患者的生活质量,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris patients from in our hospital were chosen for the study and randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. Control group received routine angina treatment, observation group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules based on control group. Results The Seattle Angina score in patients of two groups before treatment had no significant differences; after treatment the Seattle Angina score of all patients significantly increased than before treatment（P〈0.05）, and that of observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules can effectively improve the patient＇s Seattle Angina score and the quality of life in patients with angina pectoris, it has some clinical value.
