腹腔镜输卵管分粘配合术后输卵管通液治疗不孕症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Fallopian Tube Combined with Postoperative Fallopian Tube Infusion on Treatment of Infertility

目的观察腹腔镜输卵管分粘配合术后输卵管通液治疗不孕症的临床疗效,分析其临床应用价值。方法选取2010年1月至2015年1月在我院住院治疗的不孕症患者95例作为研究对象。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采取腹腔镜下输卵管粘连分离后配合输卵管通液进行治疗;对照1组患者采取单纯腹腔镜下输卵管粘连分离,术后不配合术后输卵管输液治疗;对照2组患者采取开腹分离粘连术配合术后输卵管通液治疗。观察三组患者的临床疗效以及术后妊娠情况。结果实验组临床总无效率20.0%和对照1组无效率20.0%均明显低于对照2组30.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组和对照1组无效率比较无差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者术后半年、1年、2年后的妊娠率均明显高于对照1组和对照2组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组1组和对照组2组见妊娠率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜输卵管分粘配合术后输卵管通液治疗不孕症疗效显著,可提高妊娠率,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic fallopian tube combined with postoperative fallopian tube infusion on treatment of infertilty, and to analyze the clinical application value. Methods 95 cases of infertility patients admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group used laparoscopic tubal adhesion separation with fallopian tube hydrotubation; control group 1 used simple laparoscopic tubal adhesions, without postoperative fallopian tube infusion therapy; control group 2 used abdominal adhesion separation surgery combined with postoperative fallopian tube recanalization for. Observed the clinical efficacy of the three groups＇ postoperative pregnancy. Results Experiment group＇ clinical total effective rate was 20.0%, it was 20% and 30.1% in control grou 1 and 2, the invalid rate of experimental group and the control group 1 were significantly lower than control group 2, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, there was no difference between efficiency of experimental group and control group 1（P〉0.05）. Experimental group＇s pregnancy rate after half a year, one year, two years were significantly higher than control group 1 and control group 2, there were significant differences, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, control group 1 and control group 2 had no significant difference in the pregnancy rate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application value of laparoscopic fallopian tube combined with postoperative fallopian tube infusion on treatment of infertilty is significant, which has certain application value in clinic.
