3种不同方法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Three Different Methods for the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的观察和探讨3种不同方法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选择于2013年12月至2014年10月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为三组,腹腔镜组,米非司酮组和开腹组,每组32例患者。腹腔镜组在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术,开腹组在开腹手术下进行子宫肌瘤剔除术,米非司酮组给予米非司酮治疗,观察对比三组患者的临床疗效,总有效率,复发率以及3种不同治疗方法的生活质量。结果复发率:腹腔镜组<开腹组<米非司酮组。腹腔镜组的复发率显著优于米非司酮组以及开腹组,并且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组的躯体功能和身体健康状况显著优于米非司酮组和开腹组(P<0.05),米非司酮组的情感功能显著优于腹腔镜组和开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下治疗子宫肌瘤的效果最好,其次是开腹组,但米非司酮治疗患者的情感功能较好。

Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of three different methods for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods We selected 96 cases of uterine leiomyoma patients who treated from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into three groups, the laparoscopic group, mifepristone group and laparotomy group, each group had 32 patients. The laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy and the laparotomy group was treated with laparotomy. Mifepristone group was given mifepristone treatment, the total effective rate, recurrence rate and the quality of life of the three groups were compared. Results The recurrence rate： the laparoscopic group open group the mifepristone group. The recurrence rate of laparoscopic group was significantly better than that of mifepristone group and control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. In the laparoscopic group the physical function and physical health status was significantly better than that of Miffy our keto group and laparotomy group（P〈0.05）, Miffy division ketone group of emotional function was significantly better than that of the laparoscopic group and laparotomy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of uterine fibroids by laparoscopic was best, followed by the open group, but the emotional function of mifepristone was better.
