盐酸环丙沙星栓剂直肠给药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用体会

Clinical Application of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Suppository by Rectal Administration in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨慢性盆腔炎采取盐酸环丙沙星栓直肠给药治疗的疗效。方法选取80例于2013年5月至2014年5月我院妇科接收的确诊为慢性盆腔炎患者,将其按治疗方案不同分为对照组与实验组,两组均给予左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑静脉滴注,实验组加用盐酸环丙沙星治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果实验组临床总有效率较对照组明显要高(P<0.05),差异具有显著性。结论慢性盆腔炎采取盐酸环丙沙星栓直肠给药治疗,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by the treatment of rectal administration of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository. Methods 80 patients were received my courtyard department of gynaecology diagnosed patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from May 2013 to May 2014, the treatment programs in accordance with the different divided into the control group and the experimental group, the two groups were given levofloxacin combined with metronidazole intravenous drip, experimental group were treated with hydrochloric acid ring C sand star treatment to observe therapeutic effects in the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was significant. Conclusion Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository rectal administration, the effect is remarkable, it is worth promoting.
