康复护理对老年女性骨质疏松症股骨颈骨折术后髋关节功能的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on the postoperative hip function of senile female patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:观察康复护理对老年女性骨质疏松症股骨颈骨折术后髋关节功能的影响。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年1月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的100例老年女性骨质疏松症行髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施康复护理。比较两组术后1、3个月康复积极性及应对方式,两组术后1、3、6个月行髋关节功能Harris评分,并比较两组的护理满意度。结果:观察组康复积极性、积极应对评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3、6个月髋关节功能Harris评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理能明显提高老年女性骨质疏松症股骨颈骨折患者术后康复积极性,促进髋关节功能恢复,并提高护理满意度。

Objective： To observe the Effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative hip joint function in elderly female patients with osteoporosis. Methods： One hundred cases of senile women with osteoporosis in Qinhuangdao First Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 50 cases. Control group received conventional nursing.Observation group implemented rehabilitation nursing. One and three months after surgery, the rehabilitation initiative and coping style of two groups were compared. One,three and six months after surgery,the Hip function Harris score of two groups were compared. Nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared too. Results： The recovery of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. One,three and six months after,the hip function and harris score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the recovery of femoral neck fractures in elderly women,promote the recovery of hip joint function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
