白芍总苷联合卤米松治疗慢性湿疹的临床观察

A Clinical Study of Total Glucosides of Paeon Combined with Halometasone in the Treatment of chronic eczema

目的:观察白芍总苷联合卤米松治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:47例慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予口服白芍总苷600mg每日3次,卤米松局部外用,2次/d治疗。对照组单独给予卤米松局部外用治疗,2次/d治疗。治疗2周后,评价两组疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为56.5%,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应,经过8周随访两组复发率无明显差异。结论:白芍总苷联合卤米松治疗慢性湿疹疗效好,安全性高。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Total Glucosides of Paeon combined with Halometasone for the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods ：47 cases with chronic eczema were divided randomly into treatment group（N=24）and control group（N=23）.Glucosides of Paeon combined with Halometasone were used for the treatment group and Halometasone were used for the control group for 2 weeks and makes an 8 weeks follow-up visit. The safety and efficacy were evaluated after treatment.Results：After 2 weeks treatment,The efective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group,and 56.5% in the control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）between the two groups. And both the two groups have no drug side effects. The recurrence rate was no significant difference between the two groups after 8 weeks follow-up. Conclusion：Total Glucosides of Paeon Combined with Halometasone showed good efficacy and safety for chronic eczema.
