我院2014年儿科门诊中成药处方点评

Review of Pediatric Prescriptions of Chinese Patent Medicine of Outpatient Department in Our Hospital in 2014

目的:了解儿科中成药不合理使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院儿科门诊2014年全年中成药处方,采用不重复,直接抽取样本的随机抽样方法,抽取了5045张处方,对其合理性进行点评分析。结果:共发现228张不合理处方(占抽取处方量的4.52%),其中重复给药47张,占20.61%,遴选药品不适宜处方43张,占18.86%,适应症不适宜处方38张,占16.67%。结论:我院儿科中成药临床应用基本合理,但存在重复给药、选药不符合辨证施治原则、用法用量不适宜等问题。

Objective：To investigate the situation of irrational drug use of Chinese patent medicine in pediatric and to improve rational drug use in clinic.Methods： to collect our pediatric outpatient proprietary Chinese patent medicine prescription for the whole year in2014, not to repeat, using direct extraction sample random sampling method, sample of 5045 prescriptions, review analysis on its rationality. Results： a total of 228 copies of the unreasonable prescriptions,（4.52%） of the extract prescriptions of, of which repeat dosing 47, accounted for 20.61%, selecting the drugs are not suitable for 43, accounted for 18.86%, suitable for the inappropriate 38,accounting for 16.67%. Conclusion： our hospital pediatric proprietary Chinese patent medicine clinical application basic reasonable, but there are repeated, choose medicine doesn＇t conform to the principle of evidence-based medicine, usage and dosage is not appropriate.
