国民党从“革命”转向执政的多重困境——基于《王子壮日记》的观察

The Kuomingtang Party's Dilemma on Transition from Revolution to Governing:Investigation into the Diary of Wang Tzu-chuang

王子壮曾长期担任国民党中央执行委员会秘书,亦有国民政府部会任职的经历。他留存的《王子壮日记》为考察国民党"党国"体制提供了一个重要的视角。通过对王子壮个人经历及其所见、所闻和所思的考察,可以发现国民党"革命性"的消褪、党权低落、强人独裁与弱党执政等"党国"体制中的问题,这些与国民党意识形态建构以及政治体制设计的先天缺陷有着紧密的联系,既包括国民党组织内部的问题,也涉及党政关系。国民党统治大陆期间,其组织动员模式徘徊于苏俄式政党与西方民主政党之间,从"革命"到执政陷入重重困境,这是导致国民党统治覆亡的重要原因。

Wang Tzu-chuang （ Wang Zizhuang） was as a secretary of the Kuomingtang Party Central Executive Committee in long-term, also served as senior officials of some central departments of National Government. His diary was published. And the title is The Diary of Wang Tzu-chuang. The Diary of Wang Tzu-chuang offers an important view of researching the Party-State System of KMT. Through the Wang Tzu-chuang＇s experience and the things he saw, heard and thought, we could discover some problems on Party-State System of KMT, including the KMT＇s revolutionary character was fading, the Party-power was low, and strongman dictatorship vs. weak party governing. These problems were related to defects in the KMT＇S ideological construction and political system design closely, referring to interior of KMT organization a^ad Part-Government relationship. During the KMT ruling China Mainland, its organization system was between Soviet-Party and Western Democracy Party. The KMT＇s dilemma on transition from revolution to governing was the key reason for its destruction.
