三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微胶囊化聚磷酸铵制备阻燃纸的研究 被引量:9

Preparation of Flame Retardant Paper by Filling Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Microencapsulated Ammonium Polyphosphate

摘要 采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin,简称MF)微胶囊化处理聚合度为50的聚磷酸铵(Ammonium Polyphosphate,简称APP),并以APP和不同处理时间的微胶囊化APP为填料,通过浆内加填制备阻燃纸,研究微胶囊化处理时间对APP的结构性能及对加填纸张阻燃性的影响。结果表明:经过微胶囊化处理后,APP在水中的溶解度大幅下降,加填纸张的极限氧指数(Limiting Oxygen Index,简称LOI)明显提高。当微胶囊化反应时间为2 h时,能最有效地发挥APP与MF之间的相互作用,最大程度地降低APP的水溶性,提高其在纸张中的留着率,从而提高纸张的阻燃性。 Melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF) was used to microencapsulate ammonium polyphosphate (APP) with degree of polymerization of 50, then flame retardant paper was prepared using APP and microencapsulated APP as fillers, finally, the effects of microencapsulation process on the structure and properties of APP and on the flame retardancy of the filled paper were investigated. The results show that the solubility of APP in water decreased dramatically after microencapsulation and the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of flame retardant paper improved significantly. When the microencapsulation reaction time was 2 h, the interaction between APP and MF was most effective, and water solubility of APP minimized, thus improved the retention of APP in paper and improved the flame retardancy of paper.
