Research on Humanistic Quality Construction Path in Higher Vocational Schools

高等职业教育迅猛发展,院校数量和在校生规模都呈爆发式增长,人们已经充分认识到专业素质培养、技能训练的重要性,但是与高等职业技术教育类型相适应的人文素质教育还处于一个发展的初级阶段,还需要进一步寻找适合的发展路径,深化高职教育文化特色。

with the rapid development of higher quantity of colleges and students scale, the importance vocational education and of specialization quality explosive increase of cultivation and skill training are fully recognized. However, the humanistic quality education which is matched with higher vocational and technical education type is still in the primary development stage, and it is required to move forward a single step for searching for a suitable developing path to deepen the cultural characteris- tics of higher vocational education.
