Research on Diversified Continuing Education Training System Construction

目前,我国高等学校开展的继续教育从整体上看,仍偏重于学历教育或延续普通高等教育的理论型人才的培养,没有发挥继续教育对应用型人才的培养作用,没有发挥继续教育是一种范围宽泛的教育形式。继续教育应该满足人们不断获得新知识、新技能需求,以及更好地满足人们生活的需要,让生活更为丰富和有意义。因此,我国高等学校继续教育肩负有推进社会发展、经济建设、科技进步、人才培养、文化传承的使命。随着我国教育领域综合改革的不断深入,教育理念的不断更新,继续教育是完善终身教育的重要组成部分。高等学校作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,通过继续教育搭建一个集成社会各方力量,利用优质教育资源和培训服务网络,最终形成多元化的继续教育培训体系。

Currently, the continuing education carried out by higher colleges still emphasizes on degree education or continues to cultivate theoretical talent as that in higher education from the whole aspect, and the continuing education doesn＇t play a role in cultivating applicationoriented talents, it doesn＇t explain that continuing education is a wide range education form. The continuing education should meet people＇s requirement for continuous acquisition of new knowledge and new skills, better meet people＇s requirement for life and make life more colorful and meaningful. Therefore, the continu- ing education in higher colleges bears the mission of promoting social development, economic construc- tion, scientific and technological progress, talents cultivation, culture inheritance. With the continuous deepening of comprehensive reform in education field and continuous update of education concept, continuous education is an important part for perfecting the lifelong education. As an important part of life- long education, the higher colleges can establish a diversified continuing education system by combining social powers from all parties and making advantages of high quality education resource and training network.
