摘要
科研创新能力是研究生培养质量的重要体现。对研究生科研创新能力进行评价,有助于发现培养过程中存在的问题。在综述研究生创新能力的研究现状的基础上,对科研创新能力内涵进行了解读。构建了基于创新过程和创新结果的研究生科研创新能力评价指标体系。基于江苏某大学硕士研究生学位论文所载科研活动和成果数据,利用多目标决策方法对研究生的科研创新能力进行了评价。结果表明,研究生的科研创新能力呈波动上升的趋势。从加强学术规范建设、学术信息能力培养以及与实际需求结合等方面提出了改善研究生科研创新能力的相关对策建议。
The innovation ability of scientific research of postgraduates is an important embodiment of the quality of graduate education. The evaluation of scientific research innovation ability of postgraduates is helpful to discover the problems existing in the education. The research status of evaluation of innovation ability of postgraduate was teased after the connotation of innovation ability of scientific research was analyzed; the evaluation index system of postgraduates' innovation ability of scientific research was established based on the process and result of the innovation. By using the multi-aim approach based on objective granting weight and taking a university at Jiangsu as example,the level of innovation ability of scientific research of postgraduates was evaluated based on datum of the process and result of the innovation in dissertation. The results of evaluation showed that the trend of capacity of scientific research innovation is rising. The related countermeasures and suggestions to improve the capacity of scientific research innovation of postgraduate,such as strengthening the construction of academic norm and academic information ability education and combined with the actual demand,were put forward.
