摘要
为了考察组织支持感、团队效能、团队反思之间的关系,采用组织支持量表、团队反思量表和团队效能量表对476名企事业单位员工进行调查和统计分析,结果表明:1组织支持感与团队效能、团队反思总分及各维度分均呈显著正相关(r=0.311-0.571,pP〈P〈0.01);2团队反思在组织支持感与团队效能的关系中间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的55.15%.
In order to explore the association of perceived organizational support with team effectiveness and team reflexivity in Chinese enterprises,the paper,using perceived organizational support scale,team reflexivity scale and team effectiveness scale,carried out a survey and statistical analysis among 476 employees. The results showed that: 1perceived organizational support is positively correlate to team reflexivity,team effectiveness and its sub-dimension( r = 0. 311 - 0. 571,p 0. 01);2Team reflexivity plays the role of intermediary between Perceived organizational support and team effectiveness,which rates about 55. 15%.
