摘要
为了研究东北地区人力资本对其经济增长的影响程度,文章以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为理论基础,用计量经济学方法分析了东北地区劳动力、物质资本、人力资本与经济增长之间的关系。结果发现:东北地区人力资本的弹性系数要比劳动力与物质资本的弹性系数都小,说明东北地区人力资本对经济增长的影响比劳动力与物质资本投入对区域经济增长的影响要小。结合这一研究结果提出促进东北地区经济发展的人力资本对策建议。
Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function theory,the paper analyzed the quantitative relationship between labor,physical capital,human capital and economic growth in Northeast China by using econometric method in order to study the impact of human capital on its economic growth. The results show that the elastic coefficient of human capital is smaller than the elastic coefficient of labor and physical capital,showing that the effect of human capital on economic growth is smaller than the effect of labor and physical capital on economic growth. Combined with the results of this study,the paper put forward the human capital countermeasures and suggestions to promote the economic development of the Northeast region.
