摘要
开放式创新越来越受到理论和实践界的关注,其中,人才流动对于开发式创新的实现有重要影响。通过构建解释结构模型,对影响人才流动的区域环境、组织环境和个人因素的3个层次11个因素进行结构化分析,将影响人才流动的因素划分为5个层次,其中,产业集群、城市环境是宏观因素,收入水平、供求关系、工作满意度与流动意愿、企业文化是直接因素,工作本身、个人价值观、人才统计特征对于人才流动也起到重要影响。在此基础上,从宏观政府和微观企业提出相应的管理建议。
Open innovation has been paying more and more attention in theoretical and practical circles. The talent flow has an important implication for the implementation of open innovation. By constructing the interpretative structural model,the structural analysis of the effect of regional environment,organizational environment and personal factors of the talent flow in3 levels of 11 factors,this paper divided the influencing factors of talent flow into five levels,of which the macro factors are the industrial cluster and urban environment; direct factors are the level of income,the relationship between supply and demand,job satisfaction and willingness to flow,enterprise culture; important factors are the work itself,personal values,talent statistical characteristics. On the basis of this,it put forward the corresponding suggestions to government's and enterprises' management,which is of great significance for the personnel management.
