我国沿边开发开放现状及战略机遇的思考

Thinking on Development and Openness of China's Border Regions as well as Strategic Opportunity

我国实施沿边开发开放战略二十多年来,所获成绩有目共睹。但不能否认的是沿边总体发展水平仍然较低。本文主要就沿边开发开放的现状、战略机遇(主要是国家政策)进行分析,指出只有因地制宜,抓住机遇,顺势而为,沿边才能获得新的更大的发展,沿边居民也才能更好分享开发开放的成果。

Since the implementation of strategy to develop and open up the border regions over 20 years ago, China has made remarkable achievements. However, we cannot deny that, the border re- gions still have a lower development level. This paper mainly analyzes the development and openness situation and strategic strategy （mainly national policies） of border regions and points out that the border regions can get a greater development only by adjusting measures to local conditions, seizing the opportunity, and catching up with the times, so that the residents can enjoy the fruits of development and openness better.
