摘要
文章回顾了西安科技大学能源学院研究生教育的发展历程,分析了研究生规模的发展和师资队伍的建设状况,以师生比为主要指标说明了能源学院研究生教育处于快速的发展阶段,指出导师科研经费充足,可以满足当前的研究生培养要求。生师比较高,导师处于满负荷工作状态,加强导师队伍建设,注重研究生创新能力培养,保持合理的生师比是进一步提高研究生培养质量的关键。
This paper reviews the graduate education development of School of Energy resources of Xi＇an University of science and Technology. The graduate development scale and tutor team construction are analyzed,the result shows the postgraduate education of School of Energy Resources is in the rapid development stage by taking the ratio of students to tutors as the main index. The paper points out that tutor＇s scientific research funds is sufficient to meet the current postgraduate training programs,but the ratio of students to tutors is relatively higher,and tutors are in full load working state. Strengthening the tutor team and maintaining reasonable ratio of students to tutors is the key to further improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates＇ education.
