高强韧性B/M复相钢的热处理工艺研究

摘要 为了研究等温淬火热处理工艺对B/M复相钢组织及其性能的影响,通过Jmatpro软件模拟,得到温度-相平衡图及TTT曲线,运用JSM-5610LV扫描电镜、JB-300半自动冲击试验机、HRS-150型数显洛氏硬度计等进行显微组织、力学性能的测试和分析。分析结果表明,本实验条件下理想的热处理工艺参数为淬火温度870℃、出液温度318℃、等温温度370℃,组织为下贝氏体和马氏体,冲击韧性为28~30J/cm2,硬度为45~47HRC,硬韧性明显改善。 The effects of the heat treatment process of isothermal and tempering on the structure and properties of B/M multiphase steel.Jmatpro software is used to simulate temperature-phase equilibrium diagram and TTT curve.Microstructure and mechanical properties are tested and analyzed by JSM-5610 LV scanning electron microscope,JB-300 Bimpact testing machine,HRS-150 digital Rockwell hardness tester etc.Results show in the experimental conditions,the ideal heat treatment process parameters are as follows:the quenching temperature is 870 ℃,the temperature of leaving liquid is 318 ℃,the isothermal temperature is 370 ℃.Matrix microstructures of the material are the combination of lower bainite and martensite.Impact toughness of the material is in the range of 28 to 30J/cm2.Hardness is in the range of 45 to 47HRC,the hard toughness is improved obviously.
