摘要
本文采用Monte-Carlo法(MCM),对用于防/隔热材料筛选或性能考核试验的平板型石英灯加热器热环境(辐射特性)进行了分析。重点对石英灯加热器中水冷反光板面积、水冷反光板与灯阵间距离、热源疏密程度、热源阵列与材料受热面间距等因素对辐射热场中典型隔热材料受热表面温度分布均匀性和热流密度进行了模拟计算。
In order to screen out the optimum material or evaluate material capability in the domain of hypersonic vehicle thermal protection and insulation, the Monte-Carlo method was used to analyze the thermal environment(radiation characteristics) of flat quartz lamp heater system. Focusing on water-cooled reflector area, distance between reflector and lamps array, heat source density, spacing of the heating surface material and lamps array, and other factors on the radiation thermal field with the typical heat insulating material surface temperature distribution and heat flux were simulated.
