美国、日本农业合作社发展特点及启示

On characteristics and enlightenment of the development of agricultural cooperatives in United States and Japan

20世纪40年代以来,国外农业合作社快速发展,美国和日本等经济发达国家均建立了具有自身特色的农业合作社。中国农业合作社在发展过程中,应充分借鉴美国和日本农业合作社的经验,通过政府引导和支持,建立健全配套法律法规和内部管理制度,大力发展多种类型的农业合作社。

Since 1940s,the United States and Japan established agricultural cooperatives with their own characteristics.This paper suggests that China should learn the development experiences of agricultural cooperatives from United States and Japan,such as strengthening government guidance and support,improving the support laws and regulations,and developing various types of agricultural cooperatives.
