舍格伦综合征病因研究进展

Research advances in the pathogenesis of Sj（o）gren＆#39;s syndrome

摘要 舍格伦综合征（SS）是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病.主要以外分泌腺炎症为特点,可同时伴有全身多系统损害症状.近些年来,随着对舍格伦综合征的免疫和临床研究的不断深入,在诊断、治疗、预后等方面均有较大进展,而该病的病因机制尚未明确. Sj（o）gren＆#39;s syndrome（SS） is an autoimmune disease,which is mainly characterised by the inflammation of exocrine glands.A broad spectrum of systemic manifestations may also occur meantime.Recently,SS has been under considerable immunologic and clinical research which has led to significant advances in the diagnosis,treatment,prognostic assessment,and management of the disease.However the pathogenesis of SS has not been elucidated.
