电视椎间盘镜手术与融合术治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄合并骨质疏松症的疗效对比

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect Between The Treatment of Elderly Patients With Lumbar Stenosis Complicated With Osteoporosis By The Operation and The Fusion of The TV

目的探讨电视椎间盘镜手术与融合术治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄合并骨质疏松症的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月我院诊治的100例老年性腰椎管狭窄合并骨质疏松症患者资料进行分析,采用随机数字方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用腰椎融合术治疗,实验组采用电视椎间盘镜手术与融合术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果实验组40例痊愈,5例显效,3例好转,总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05);实验组48例满意,满意率为96%,高于对照组(60%)(P<0.05);实验组术后复发率为4%,显著低于对照组(10%)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前临床基本无差异,实验组治疗后康复时间显著比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论电视椎间盘镜手术与融合术治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄合并骨质疏松症的临床治疗效果理想,患者复发率低,康复时间相对较短,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of senile lumbar stenosis complicated with osteoporosis by the operation and fusion of the lumbar vertebral canal stenosis. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 100 cases of senile patients with lumbar stenosis and osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with lumbar interbody fusion, and the experimental group was treated with electro optic disc surgery and fu-sion. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results 40 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 3 cases improved, the total effective rate was 96%, significantly higher than the control group （80%） （P〈0. 05）;48 cases were satisfactory, the satisfaction rate was 96%, the recurrence rate was 4%, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （10%） （P〈0. 05）. Two groups of patients before treatment, the clinical basic no difference, the experimental group after treatment significantly shor-ter than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of senile lumbar stenosis complicat-ed with osteoporosis by the operation and the fusion of the TV.
