小儿输尿管镜联合封堵取石导管治疗输尿管上段结石的临床研究

Clinical Research On The Treatment of Adults With Upper Ureteral Calculi Under Children Ureter Mirror Combined Ureteral Occlusion Device

目的对比小儿输尿管镜和封堵取石导管联用与单纯用常规成人输尿管镜研究其在治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法 60例患有单侧输尿管上段结石的成年患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规成人输尿管镜治疗,实验组采用小儿输尿管镜和封堵取石导管联用治疗,记录入镜成功率、结石清除率、手术时间、术后住院时间等指标。结果两组手术时间、术后平均出血量、发热情况、术中并发症都没有统计学差异,而将小儿输尿管镜和封堵取石导管联用可以显著提高患者的入镜成功率及结石清除率,且恢复快。结论将小儿输尿管镜和封堵取石导管联用治疗输尿管上段结石,不仅能达到更显著的治疗效果,还具有恢复快、住院时间短等优点,是值得在临床中推广的一种治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of adults with upper ureteral calculi under children ureter mirror combined with ureteral occlusion device compared with the treatment only under ureteroscopes. Methods 60 cases of adults with up-per ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups, the control group which applied the treatment only under ureteroscopes while the experimental group which applied the children ureter mirror combined with ureteral occlusion. Then we evaluated the rate of ureteroscope successfully entering the ureter and stone-free, operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of two groups. Re-sults The experimental group compared with the control group has better rate of ureteroscope successfully entering the ureter and stone-free, while the difference of operation time, average loss blood, postoperative fever and intraoperative complications have no sig-nificance（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of adults with upper ureteral calculi under children ureter mirror combined with ure-teral occlusion devicenot only has better clinical curative effect, but also has less hospitalization time and has faster restoration, worths to be widely used in clinical application.
