瑞甘治疗肝性脑病的疗效研究

目的探讨瑞甘在肝性脑病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年10月至2015年10月医院诊治的52例肝性脑病患者分析,均分两组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合瑞甘治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前血氨、AST、ALT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后血氨水平、AST显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前肝性脑病积分数值变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后肝性脑病积分数值变化显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝性脑病患者在常规基于联合瑞瑞甘肃的效果是理想的,治疗可以提高临床疗效,改善生化指标,是值得推广应用的。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of L-ornithine-L-aspartate on hepatic encephalopathy in pa-tients. Methods October 2014-2015 years 10 months in the hospital diagnosis and treatment of 52 cases of hepatic encephalopathy patient data were analyzed using randomized controlled were divided into control group and experimental group, control group were treated with routine methods, experimental group in the control group based on joint Rigan treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Two groups of patients before treatment blood ammonia, AST, ALT levels were not significantly different （ P〉0. 05）; experimental group after treatment, AST, significantly lower than the control group （ALT）, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）;two groups of patients before treatment, the difference was not significantly different （P〉0. 05）; experi-mental group after treatment of hepatic encephalopathy, significantly lower than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In patients with hepatic encephalopathy in the conventional treatment based on joint Rigan treatment effect is ideal, can improve the clinical effi-cacy, improve the biochemical indicators, it is worth popularization and application.
