摘要
目的角色体验法融PDCA对手术室轮转护士理论水平和实践技能的培训效果。方法随机将78例手术室轮转护士随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用PDCA带教,观察组在PDCA基础上融入角色体验法,带教培训完成后,评估比较两组理论知识和实践技能掌握情况。结果观察组护士完成培训后的理论知识和实践技能掌握情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色体验法融入PDCA的培训方式,有助于知识掌握,激发学习兴趣,提高医护人员的理论水平和知识技能,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the role of experience Farong PDCA cycle for operating room nurses theoretical level and practical skills training effect. Methods The 78 cases of operating room nurses rotate randomly divided into two groups and the con-trol group, 39 cases in each group, the control group using PDCA teaching, study group into the role PDCA method on the basis of ex-perience with teaching training is complete, the assessment comparison of the two groups of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to grasp the situation. Results The nurses completed the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to grasp the situation after training was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The role of experi-ence into the PDCA method of training to help knowledge level, to stimulate interest in learning, knowledge and skills to improve the theoretical level and health care, it is worth promoting.
