我院心血管内科苦碟子注射液使用情况分析

目的通过对我院苦碟子注射液临床使用情况的分析,了解苦碟子注射液的使用情况,更好地规范我院临床合理用药。方法收集我院2013年1月至2013年10月期间心血管内科使用苦碟子注射液的住院患者病例,进行统计和调查分析。结果在我院665例应用苦碟子注射液的患者病例中,平均年龄65.25岁。符合说明书规定的适应症用药的占全部病例的92.48%。在用法用量和用药数与规定疗程方面需要严格规范,无不良反应发生。结论本次统计结果未统计到不良反应,药物相对安全,为临床合理用药提供了数据参考。
