预见性护理在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病早期亚低温治疗中的价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析预见性护理模式在早期亚低温治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的意义。方法选择74例诊断为新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病,根据指南建议采用标准医学治疗,同时早期采用亚低温治疗;本研究分为对照组36例和观察组38例,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。结果观察组的肌张力恢复时间显著短于对照组,原始放射恢复时间显著短于对照组,意识障碍恢复时间显著短于对照组,神经行为评分(NBNA)显著高于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可以提高新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病早期亚低温治疗的临床效果。 Objective To analyze the significance of predictive nursing care in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic en-cephalopathy in early mild hypothermia. Methods 74 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected, according to the guidelines recommended by standard medical treatment, at the same time, the early use of mild hypothermia treatment;the study of the ethics committee and the children's guardian of the right to know, will be divided into the control group 36 cases and observation group 38 cases, the control group using conventional nursing, observation group using predictive care. Results The recovery time of muscle tension in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve the clinical effect of mild hypothermia in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
