理气六君子汤治疗脾胃气虚慢性糜烂性胃炎60例

Liqi Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis of Deficiency of Spleen Qi and Stomach Qi 60 cases

目的探讨理气六君子汤在脾胃气虚型糜烂性胃炎治疗中的应用及疗效观察。方法将120例脾胃气虚型糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例,对照组采用护胃、制酸等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上配合中药理气六君子汤治疗。治疗90天后比较2组患者治疗前后症状改善情况、胃镜下胃黏膜愈合情况并随访复发情况。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为91.67%,对照组为73.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组胃黏膜糜烂愈合的总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组半年内随访复发率为13.33%,对照组为23.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗结合理气六君子汤在治疗脾胃气虚型糜烂性胃炎,能有效改善患者的症状、胃黏膜的愈合及减少复发率,在临床中能取得较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Liqi Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi. Methods 120 cases of CEG patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy such as protecting stomach and inhibition acid. The treatment group was additionally treated with Liqi Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. After three months of treatment, clinical symptoms, the healing of gastric mucosal and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total remission rate of symptoms of the treatment group was 91.67% , while the total remission rate of symptoms of the control group was 73.33% . The rate of gastric mucosal healing of the treatment group was 93.33% , while the rate of gastric mucosal healing of the control group was 70.00%. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.33% , while the recurrence rate of the control group was 23.33%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the course of CEG, the regular treatment combined with Liqi Liujunzi decoction can improve the total remission rate of symptoms and the rate of gastric mucosal healing. Also it can lower the recurrence rate. So it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
