消银解毒饮治疗银屑病血热证的临床研究

Clinical Research on Xiaoyin Jiedu Drink in the Treatment of Psoriasis Blood Heat Syndrome

目的探讨消银解毒饮治疗银屑病血热证的临床研究。方法选取2009年11月—2015年3月我院收治的136例银屑病患者,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予口服青黛胶囊,治疗组给予消银解毒饮。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组,经统计学检验后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消银解毒饮治疗银屑病血热证疗效显著,且无不良反应出现,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical research of Xiaoyin Jiedu drink in the treatment of psoriasis blood heat syndrome. Method Choosing 136 cases of patients with psoriasis from November 2009 to March 2015, they were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given oral Qingdai capsule. The treatment group was given Xiaoyin Jiedu drink. Results The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, after statistics test, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiaoyin Jiedu drink in the treatment of psoriasis blood heat syndrome has significant curative effeet.
