针灸对脑卒中患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of TCM Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Cellular Immune Function of Stroke Patients

目的探讨针灸对脑卒中患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法随机双盲法将96例脑卒中患者分为2组,各48例,对照组采取神经内科常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以中医针灸治疗,比较2组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分、ALD评分及细胞免疫功能指标。结果观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分及ADL评分分别为(83.7±12.4)分、(78.9±12.2)分,均显著高于对照组的(66.4±12.3)分、(64.8±11.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸能明显改善脑卒中患者细胞免疫功能,促进其运动功能及日常生活活动能力提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion on cellular immune function of stroke patients. Methods 96 stroke patients were divided into two groups by random double blind method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment of neurology. The observation group was additionally treated with TCM acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group. The Fugl-Meyer score, ALD score and cellular immune function indexes were compared before and after treatment. Results The levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the observation group after treatment were statistically significantly different from those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The Fugl-Meyer score （83.7 ±12.4） and ADL score （78.9 ± 12.2） in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group [ （66.4± 12.3 ） and （64.8 ± 11.9 ） ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the cellular immune function of stroke patients, and promote the improvement of their motor function and activities of daily living.
