高智治疗女性性欲低下的经验

Experience of Gao Zhi in Treating Female Sexual Dysfunction

目的总结名老中医高智治疗女性性欲低下的经验。方法通过跟随高智名老中医师承学习,收集女性性欲低下病例,总结高老对该病的病机认识,整理其治疗规律,分析其用药特点,总结其临床经验。结果高老治疗女性性欲低下一病,根据中医辨证论治,结合现代医学理论,运用补肾活血法治疗,随月经周期变化加减用药,创立"正经汤"为治疗该病的基本方剂。结论高老以正经汤为基础,辨证加减治疗该病,取得了满意的疗效,为该病在治疗方法上提供了新的思路。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of famous and veteran doctor of TCM Gao Zhi in treating female sexual dysfunction. Method Through the study with famous and veteran doctor of TCM Gao Zhi, we collected FSD cases, summarized his understanding on pathogenesis of this disease in TCM, sorted out the rules of his treatment, analyzed the characteristics of his formula, and summarized his clinical experience. Results Gao Zhi cured the disease by tonifying the kidney and invigorating the circulation of blood based on differentiation theory of TCM and modern medical theory. He established the ＂Zhengjing decoction＂ , and changed the formula by the menstrual cycle. Conclusion Gao Zhi cured FSD based on the Zhengjing decoction, and changed the formula by differentiation theory of TCM. He also got satisfactory curative effect, and offered new ideas for the treatment on this disease.
