从天人相应理论看子午流注针法

Understanding on Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Acupoint Selection Acupuncture from the TCM Theory of "Relevant Adaptation of the Human Body to Natural Environment"

子午流注针法是根据自然界变化对人体的影响,以井、荥、输、经、合五输穴配合阴阳五行为基础,运用干支配合脏腑,干支纪年纪月纪时,以推算经气流注盛衰开合,按时取穴的一种治疗方法。子午流注针法有三大理论基础,即《黄帝内经》中的天人相应理论、经脉气血流注以及针灸的候气逢时,而天人相应理论又贯穿于子午流注针法的始终。现以天人相应理论为出发点,围绕子午流注针法的三大理论进行论述。

In this paper, taking theory of relevant adaptation of the human body to natural environment as the starting point, the three theories of midnight-noon ebb-flow aeupoint selection acupuncture were discussed.
