中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎48例

Chinese Medicine Retention Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis 48 cases

目的分析探讨中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2012年3月—2015年3月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者96例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组患者给予西药进行治疗,观察组患者给予中药保留灌肠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及中医症候积分。结果根据统计结果,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组患者的75.00%(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的中医症候积分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠治疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method Selecting 96 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2012 as clinical research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 48 cases. The control group was given Western medicine treatment. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine retain enema. The therapeutic effect and TCM symptom scoreof the two groups were compared. Result According to the statistical results, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67% which was significantly higher than75.00% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, the TCM symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine retain enema therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has good curative effect, and is worthy of promotion and application.
