益气活血利水合剂对心衰患者临床指标的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Mixture on Clinical Indicators of Heart Failure Patients

目的观察益气活血利水合剂对心衰患者NT-pro BNP(氮末端脑钠素)及HCY(同型半胱氨酸)的影响。方法将诊断明确的慢性心力衰竭患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气活血利水合剂。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后均能改善NT-pro BNP及HCY水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组NT-pro BNP及HCY指标优于对照组,两组比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论益气活血利水合剂对慢性心力衰竭患者NT-pro BNP及HCY的改善均有一定影响,其对心衰的疗效值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui mixture on NT-proBNP （ N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide） and HCY （homocysteine） of heart failure patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, and each group had 40 cases. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment. The treatment group used Yiqi Huoxue Lishui mixture on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the two groups could improve NT-proBNP and HCY levels, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. The NT-proBNP and HCY indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Lishui mixture had a certain impact on the NT-proBNP of chronic heart failure patients, and improved HCY. It is deserves clinical application.
