骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症32例

Sacral Canal Injection in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation 32 cases

目的研究骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法选取我院64例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据不同治疗方法将其分为两组(各32例),观察组予骶管注射治疗,对照组予常规治疗。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.8%,同对照组患者的71.9%相比有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骶管注射措施可有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状。

Objective To study the clinical effect of sacral canal injection in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 64 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital, according to different treatment method, were divided into two groups （n = 32 cases）. The observation group was treated with sacral canal injection, and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8% , the total effective rate of the control group was 71.9% , and there was significantly statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The sacral canal injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
