自拟通脉养脑方治疗椎基底动脉供血不足60例

Self-made Tongmai Yangnao Prescription in the Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency 60 cases

目的对比分析椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)患者采用中药自拟通脉养脑方治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的VBI患者共120例的研究对象,随机分为观察、对照两组,每组各60例。观察组采用自拟通脉养脑方治疗,对照组使用西药西比灵治疗。两组连续治疗4周后对比分析临床疗效。结果治疗结束后观察组在治疗愈显率方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VBI患者采用中药自拟通脉养脑方治疗,可有效改善供血状态,早期缓解临床症状,值得应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of self-made Tongmai Yangnao prescription in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI）. Methods Choosing 120 cases of patients with VBI in our hospital as research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 60 cases each. The observation group adopted self-made Tongmai Yangnao prescription. The control group used Western medicine Flunarizine. After continuous 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect was analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, cured and markedly rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The self-made Tongmai Yangnao prescription in the treatment of VBI can effectively improve the work state of blood, relieve clinical symptoms early, and is worthy of application.
