中原帖氏飞针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Central Plains Tie's Flying Needle in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的观察中原帖氏飞针法对椎动脉型颈椎病血液流变学指标及镇痛效应的影响。方法将120例符合纳入标准的病例随机分为帖氏飞针法治疗组和指切进针法对照组,治疗1个疗程后对两组血液流变学指标进行比较,并采用简化McGill疼痛问卷进行评分,比较治疗前后疼痛总评分差异及各项目评分差异。结果两组组内比较治疗前后血液流变学指标均有显著差异(P<0.05),两组间比较,治疗后血液流变学指标有显著差异(P<0.01)。两组治疗后McGill总评分差异明显,t值为(11.374,P<0.01);两组治疗后各项目评分差异明显,P<0.05。结论中原帖氏飞针法在改善椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证的血液流变学指标及镇痛效应方面,作用较指切进针法显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Central Plains Tie~ flying needle on analgesia effect and blood rheology of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 120 patients were randomized to treatment group of Tie＇s flying needle and control group of cutting into needle acupuncture. Analgesic effect evaluated by McGill scores （including pain rating index （PRI） , visual analogue scale （VAS） and present pain intensity（PPI） ） , and blood rheology was observed. 10 days later, the effect was evaluated. Result The overall response rates of analgesic effect were 83. 3% and 63. 3% , respectively, and there were significant differences within the two groups. Two therapies could obviously decrease the scores of neck pain, and groups comparison analyses revealed significant differences （ t = 11.37, P 〈 0.01 ）. The McGill scores were obviously significant different in aspects of PRI, VAS and PPI between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the two groups, the blood theology indexes had significant differences before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the indexes of blood rheology of the two groups also were significantly different （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Both Central Plains Tie＇s flying needle and cutting into needle could reduce the pain symptoms and change the blood rheology of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, but the former is better than the latter.
