中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎196例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Thromboangiitis Obliterans for 196 Cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者196例采用中西医结合的方法治疗,观察临床疗效。结果临床治愈115例(58.67%),显效51例(26.02%),好转10例(5.10%),无效20例(10.21%)。196例总有效率为89.79%结论中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎能快速控制病情,提高临床疗效,减少截肢率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods 196cases of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans included in the standard were treated with therapy of integrated medicine. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results 115 cases were clinical cured （58.67%） , 51 cases were effective （26. 02% ） , 10 cases improved （5.10%） , 20 cases were invalid （ 10.21% ） and the total effective rate was 89.79%. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans can quickly control the condition, improve the clinical curative effect, and reduce the amputation rate.
