从元气论治间质性肺病

Discussion on the Treatment of the Interstitial Lung Disease from the View of Primordial Qi

王有奎主任是全国第五批名老中医药专家指导老师,临证50余载,对呼吸系统常见病、多发病及疑难杂病有丰富的诊疗经验。他认为呼吸病病机多为本虚标实,治疗注重补气调气。现就王有奎主任对间质性肺病的病因病机、辨证施治、用药特色等进行论述,介绍其对本病的诊治经验,以丰富临床对间质性肺病因机证治的认识,为间质性肺病的诊治提供治疗思路。

Wang Youkui director is one of the fifth batches of experts and guidance teachers on traditional Chinese Medicine, who has rich clinical experience in common diseases, and frequently encountered diseases and miscellaneous diseases of respiratory in more than 50 years. He claimed that pathogenesis of the respiratory disease is the more virtual to real, and its main treatment is to invigorate qi. The paper analyzed Wang Youkui＇ s the etiology and pathogenesis, evidence - based treatment, and pharmacy characteristics of interstitial lung disease, and introduced his experience of diagnosis and therapy to enrich the clinical understanding of pharmacy and treatment on interstitial lung disease for providing treatment thoughts.
