耳周三穴深刺与浅刺治疗主观性耳鸣的疗效比较

Comparison of the Curative Effects of Deep Needling and Shallow Needling in the Three Points around Ear in the Treatment of Subjective Tinnitus

目的 比较耳周三穴深刺与浅刺治疗主观耳鸣的临床效果。方法 选取2012年5月—2015年5月我院收治的64例主观性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组32例。A组采用耳周三穴深刺治疗,针刺深度为30~38mm,B组则采用浅刺法,深度为15~20mm,比较两组耳鸣症状的改善情况。结果 A组治疗有效率为78.13%,明显高于B组的40.63%,两组治疗有效率经统计学检验有明显差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后,A组两项评分分别降低至（12.26±11.77）分、（2.12±1.92）分,明显低于B组,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在主观性耳鸣患者的临床治疗中,采用耳周三穴深刺干预,可提高治疗有效率,改善患者耳鸣症状,有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of deep needling and shallow needling in the three points around ear in the treatment of subjective tinnitus. Methods 64 patients with subjective tinnitus treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected, and were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with deep needling in the three points around ear, and the acupuncture depth was 30± 38mm. Group B was treated with shallow needling, and the depth was 15±20mm. The improvement of tinnitus symptoms in the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the group A （78.13%） was significantly higher than that of group B （40.63%）. By statistics, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of the two items of group A decreased to （ 12.26 ± 11.77 ） and （2.12±1.92） , respectively, which was significantly lower than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with subjective tinnitus, the application of deep needling in the three points around ear intervention can improve the effective rate and the tinnitus symptoms of patients, which is of high clinical promotion value.
