穴位注射治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱护理体会

Nursing Experience on Point Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

目的探讨穴位注射治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)的护理方法及效果。方法选取我院DNB患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组均给予穴位注射治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%,具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论在穴位注射治疗DNB的过程中实施个体化护理干预,能够有效提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of acupoint injection in treating diabetic neurogenic bladder （DNB）. Methods 90 cases of DNB in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Two groups were given acupoint injection therapy, the control group was also given conventional nursing, and the observation group was also given individual nursing intervention. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% which was significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The implementation of individual nursing intervention in the treatment of DNB with acupoint injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
