《伤寒论》中当归四逆汤以其确切的临床疗效广泛应用于临床各科疾病,报道甚多。在风湿病领域中,基于血虚寒厥的病机特点,用当归四逆汤治疗血虚寒痹证、骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎、硬皮病、雷诺氏综合征、大动脉炎效果显著。现汇总整理了近几年该方治疗风湿病报道文献,冀期更好地指导临床应用。

Danggui Sini decoction in Treatise on Febrile Disease is widely used in variety of clinical diseases for its exact clinical curative effect. There are a lot of reports. In the field of rheumatism, Danggui Sini decoction is effective for the treatment of syndrome of blood deficiency and arthralgia aggravated by cold, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, Raynaud＇ s syndrome and artery inflammation based on the pathogenesis characteristics of syndrome of blood deficiency and cold syncope. The literature on this prescription to treat rheumatism reported in recent years was summarized, in order to better guide clinical application.
