γ干扰素释放试验与PPD对比诊断肺外结核病的临床观察

摘要 目的对比γ干扰素(IFN-γ)释放试验与PPD诊断肺外结核病的效果。方法以2014年1月至2015年10月于我院进行诊断的147例疑似肺外结核病患者为研究对象,分别行IFN-γ释放试验及PPD进行诊断,对比两种方法诊断肺外结核病的灵敏度、特异性、准确度及假阳性率。结果 IFN-γ释放试验诊断灵敏度(79.71%)、特异性(73.07%)和准确度(76.19%)均高于PPD诊断的灵敏度(62.32%)、特异性(37.17%)及准确度(48.98%)(P<0.05);IFN-γ释放试验诊断假阳性率(26.92%)低于PPD诊断假阳性率(62.82%)(P<0.05)。结论 IFN-γ释放试验诊断肺外结核病的灵敏度、特异性、准确度均较高,其假阳性率较低,是诊断肺外结核病的有效辅助方法。
