青岛地区肉鸡生产链中沙门菌的分离及血清学鉴定

摘要 为了解青岛地区肉鸡生产链中各环节沙门菌的分布及其血清型状况,采用常规培养与PCR鉴定对不同环节沙门菌进行分离。采用玻片凝集试验与x MAP-?液相芯片分型法进行血清型鉴定。结果青岛地区肉鸡生产链沙门菌总阳性率为10.10%。养殖环节中种鸡场、孵化场、商品鸡场的分离率分别为0.67%、37.76%、9.20%;屠宰加工过程中淋洗前、淋洗后、预冷液、预冷后、分割环节分离率分别为3.69%、3.86%、5.7%、16.16%、31.43%;市售成品为17.15%。78.65%菌株为肠炎沙门菌。结论种鸡场沙门菌净化与孵化场种蛋消毒及淘汰弱雏是青岛地区肉鸡养殖环节沙门菌的关键控制措施;预冷液与分割车间的环境卫生是其屠宰加工环节的关键控制点。青岛地区肉鸡生产链中流行血清型为肠炎沙门菌。 To investigate the distribution and serotypes of Salmonella in various links in broiler production chain and providereference for the prevention and control of Salmonella in Qingdao.Using the conventional methods and PCR to isolate and identifythe strains.Serotypes were identified by slide agglutination test and x MAP#174;SSA.The total positive rate of Salmonella was 10.10%.The positive rates in breeding farm,hatchery,commodity farms were 0.67%,37.76%,and 9.20% in farming link,respectively Thepositive rates in broiler carcasses,broiler carcasses,after drip washing,pre-cool liquid,cool broiler carcasses,broiler meat were3.69%,3.86%,5.7%,16.16% and 31.43% in slaughter process,respectively.The positive rate in retail broiler meat was 17.15%.There were 78.65% strains were. The purification of Salmonella in breeder farm and disinfection of eggs and eliminating weakyoung in hatchery are the critical control measures in broiler farming link in Qingdao. The sanitation of pre-cooling solution andcutting rooms are critical control points in slaughter process. The prevalent serotype is S.enteritidis in the broiler production chainin Qingdao.
