感应电机故障诊断研究现状与发展趋势

摘要 感应电机在工业中扮演重要角色,它的可靠安全运行至关重要。由于感应电机结构、湿度以及温度的影响,感应电机的故障时有发生。感应电机在线故障诊断的基本步骤包括提取故障信号、提取故障特征信息以及故障状态识别。首先在线提取故障信号,然后通过信号处理技术提取故障特征信息,最后通过算法确定故障类别。文章对当前的感应电机在线故障诊断的研究现状和发展趋势进行探讨。 Induction motors play an important role in industry, and its reliable and safe operation is very important.Due to the influence of the induction motor structure,the humidity and the temperature,the induction motor faults occur time to time.The basic steps of on-line fault diagnosis of induction motor include extracting the fault signal,extracting the fault feature information and identifying the fault status.First,the fault signal is extracted online,then the fault feature information is extracted by the signal processing technique, and then the fault classification is determined by the algorithm.The research status and development trend of the current induction motor on line fault diagnosis are discussed in this paper.
